So she assigns the captain of her guard the task to read a new chapter every evening for her. Night after night the officer has become a devoted fan of the printed letters and read for his master one book after other. It is also a convenient point for him: she is entertained while he is reading, so she will not be thinking in a new war with some neighbor kingdom, where he surely would have to go. The little lizards around them didn’t think the same…

This was a fun exercise on playing with the common and accepted roles of the rude brute warrior and the fragile queen. In this case things happened I a different way.
